HIGHLAND, CA— The Inland Empire community will gather in reflection, unity, and purpose at the 46th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Prayer Breakfast, presented by the Inland Empire Concerned African American Churches. Taking place on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., the event will be hosted at Entrepreneur High School, located at 26655 Highland Avenue in Highland, California.

This annual prayer breakfast continues a longstanding tradition of honoring the life, leadership, and enduring legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Now in its 46th year, the gathering serves as both a commemoration and a call to action—inviting faith leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, students, and community members to come together in prayer and reflection while renewing their commitment to justice, service, and collective progress.

Attendees will be inspired by the keynote address from Pastor Gregory Perkins of The View Church in Menifee, California. Known for his insightful leadership and community-centered ministry, Pastor Perkins is expected to deliver a powerful message that connects Dr. King’s vision to the present-day responsibility of building stronger families, churches, and communities.

The prayer breakfast is designed to be more than a ceremonial observance. It is a space for spiritual renewal, meaningful dialogue, and intentional connection across generations. Through prayer, fellowship, and shared purpose, the event reinforces the belief that Dr. King’s dream remains alive when communities gather with faith, courage, and a willingness to act.

Community members are encouraged to RSVP in advance through IECAAC’s official website. As the Inland Empire reflects on the legacy of Dr. King, this prayer breakfast stands as a reminder that leadership begins with service, unity is strengthened through faith, and progress is sustained when communities move forward together.
