No Corners Cut, No Pacifying, No Round-About Way

“You Who Have Excluded God from Your Life!”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

Do you think judgment will never fall? If you do, then this I say therefore, and affirm together with the Lord, that you walk no longer in the futility of your mind, being darkened in your understanding excluded from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in you because of the hardness of your heart [Ephesians 4:17-21].  Judgment is as sure as Death and the Rapture. Read the Book of Revelation, God’s Book of Judgment, and find out for yourself what’s in store for those who are not ready for the Second Coming of Christ.

For Thus Saith the Lord, My Spirit will not always strive with man. I will turn you into darkness, and I will never shine My light upon your path again. I am reaching out daily to you, seeking to draw you into My arms and to breathe upon you My love, grace and strength, but your mind is occupied with other things. You don’t have the desire to draw nigh nor to hear what I am saying to you, because the devil has your attention, that you can’t even hear me. I call and call, but there is no answer – and then when you do answer, you are so drowsy you don’t know what the Spirit is saying. I tell you; one day, My Spirit will just say, sleep on. But now My Spirit cries to you, “Awake! Awake!” while there is yet still time!

Open thine eyes and know that I keep My word of Judgment just as I keep My word of Salvation and Deliverance. Don’t let the enemy deceive you. Don’t let him deceive you in anything that I have said to you. You who have neglected your souls salvation. Believe Me when I say, you will be cast into Hell if you don’t repent, into a lake of fire from which there is no escape. I the Lord thy God have foretold many things, and all will be fulfilled – My word shall not return void!

They refused to pay attention; stubbornly they turned their backs and covered their ears. They made their hearts as hard as flint and would not listen, so the Lord said, “I’ve had enough, blow the trumpet [Revelation Chapter 8].

I have for a very long time held my peace; I have been still and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once [Isaiah 42:14].

There was no doubt in Zephaniah’s mind that God had had enough. His people bowed down to other gods and no longer turned to the Lord in prayer nor did they seek his help. They blindly walked their own selfish and greedy path and, in their arrogance, thought God would sit quietly by and do nothing. They were wrong! “Listen, the cry on the day of the Lord will be bitter… that day will be a day of wrath, a day of distress and anguish… [Zephaniah 1:14-15]. For there is no shortage of fire and brimstone to be found in the Bible. [Revelation 21:8]. It’s clear from the opening pages of Genesis that there is a wrath of God, which abides on every ungodly man. For it is written, “God is angry with the wicked every day.” [Psalms 7:11].

What does this mean for us? It serves to remind us that we need to take the words of the Lord to heart. What He says will happen, will happen. What He promises, He will do. Do not trifle with your salvation. Be like the wise virgins in [Matthew 25] and prepare, because I tell you like a tidal wave, judgment is heading towards us.

“Something is About to Happen in the Skies!”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

In the unseen realms. It will be more powerful than an atomic burst, yet Silent, Invisible! Suddenly! Inexplicable! A moment coming soon that will change everything and everyone forever. Billions of people will be gone in a flash [1 Thessalonians 4:17; Matthew 24:40-42]. Two shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill the one shall be taken, and the other left. Some will look for those who are missing and wonder what has happened. It will be chaos like never before experienced in the earth. I tell you; something is about to happen in the skies, in the unseen realms.

Don’t be left behind. Repent and turn to God right now! Do not delay another moment. The matter is urgent! After the Rapture, all Hell is going to break loose and according to the Bible, those left behind after the Rapture will experience a seven-year period of tribulation, suffering on earth. This period will include wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, famine, plagues, military invasion, enslavement and other hardships, culminating in a battle involving the Antichrist and Armageddon. Billions, of people, at least a third of mankind will die. There will be loud voices deceiving many. New laws, old lies. New dilemmas. False religion. Plant life and sea life will be destroyed. There will be no escape.  [Revelation 6:8; Rev 9: 15, 18; Revelation 8:7-13; Revelation 9:1-21; Revelation 16:1-21].

Hear the message. Something is about to happen in the Skies, in the unseen realms and if you haven’t trusted Jesus as your Savior, if you don’t have the life of God in your soul, the Rapture will happen and you will  be left behind. What a sad and tragic thing that would be.

Hopefully, many will read, believe, seek God, repent and be saved. Because what we are witnessing today are but a glimpse of future tribulation [Daniel 12:1] [Matthew 24:21-22; Revelation 6:12-17].

God warns the world to repent and change [Ezekiel 33:11; Isaiah 58:1]. He opens the prophetic scroll with seven seals to reveal the events to occur before His return [Revelation chapter 5; Revelation chapter 6].

But –

As it was in the days of Noah, they were eating, drinking, marrying,  and giving in marriage. They were going on like the world was never going to end, like life would be fine, everything  hunky-dory. Then the flood came and swept them all away.

I tell you, Something is About to Happen in the Skies!

“Distractions, Distractions, Distractions!”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

Jesus said to them, don’t you understand this parable? The deception of distractions? [Mark 4:1–8; Mark 4: 13-17; Mark 4:21–25; Mark 4:26–32]. All that you are seeing and are hearings are distractions from the real reality. Look carefully how you walk, not as unwise but as wise [Ephesians 5:15-16].

Remember what the Weeping  Prophet Jeremiah said in the Old Testament [Jeremiah 9:6]… “You live in the midst of deception.” So  be like, Nehemiah and see through their ploy [Nehemiah 6:3]. Let no one deceive you [Matthew 24:4] because distraction from reality will lead you to Hell.

Understand how the devil wages war. First, he will turn your attention from God through distractions, and second, he will make you doubt through deception. Know that distractions and subtleties are one of the major tools that Satan uses to get as many souls that he can. Satan is a master deceiver. He deceived one third of the angels to follow him. He deceived Eve. He deceived Judas and many others. I tell you, we must choose to focus on following the Lord, no matter the distraction.

If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear [Mark 4:23].

We have a supernatural enemy whose aim is to use distractions and deceptiveness to make us blind, stupid, and miserable — forever. The Bible calls him “the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world . . . the accuser” [Revelation 12:9–10], “the ruler of this world” [John 12:31], and “the god of this age” [2 Corinthians 4:4]. He is our “adversary who prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” [1 Peter 5:8] and yet, in the most appalling and unwitting bondage, the whole world willingly “follows the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience” [Ephesians 2:2]. At his most successful, his subjects march obliviously to destruction and take as many with them as they can. Distractions – deceiving, divisive, and deadly!

I admonish you, do not believe everything you see or hear. While we ought not be cynical, we ought to be sober and seek to verify what we see and hear with God’s revealed truth. Do not be deceived.

Life moves very fast. We have only a short time before it’s over. Let us not get caught in the distractions.  Be alert and discerning because the Time is Near!

God looks down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any who understand, who seek God. Every one of them has turned aside [Psalms 53: 2-3].

Jesus Weep!

Distractions  – Deceiving, Divisive,  and Deadly.

“Biblical Truth!”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

Hell is real, and the miseries of Hell are unending [Jude 13; Rev. 20:10]. Hell, a place of outer darkness, and eternal weeping and gnashing of teeth. A place of eternal damnation. A place where God’s wrath is poured out. A place of everlasting destruction. A place where people scream for mercy, have memories, are tormented and cannot escape. [Matthew 8:12; Mark 9:48; Luke 16:23-31; Mark 3: 29; 2 Thessalonians 1: 9; Revelation 9:2; Revelation 14:10]. And this is not some weird prophet seeing a vision of the afterlife; this is Jesus Himself speaking plainly about what Hell is like. That why Jesus says, if your hand causes you to sin, cut if off. For it is better for you to enter life crippled, than with two hands and go to Hell, to the unquenchable fire. [Mark 9:43]. And make no mistake about it, those who choose not to accept God’s gift of salvation will go to Hell. [John 15:6]. Biblical Truth!

I tell you, our lives are finite, and we do not know how much time we have. Delaying the decision to accept Christ is just down right foolishness. [Matthew 25:41]. For the Bible clearly and explicitly teaches that Hell is a real place to which the wicked/unbelievers are sent after death.  Accepting Christ not only secures our eternal future but also brings blessings and a renewed relationship with Him in this life.

As [Dr. Benjamin E. Mays] said so eloquently, “I have only just a minute, only sixty seconds in it. Forced upon me, can’t refuse it. Didn’t seek it, didn’t choose it, but it’s up to me to use it. I MUST SUFFER if I lose it. Give account if I abuse it. Just a tiny little minute, but eternity is in it.” Heaven or Hell.

O sinner man! Consider the fearful danger you are in. It is a great furnace of wrath, a wide and bottomless pit, full of the fire of wrath that you are held over in the hand of God, whose wrath is provoked and incensed as much against you, as against many of the damned in Hell. You hang by a slender thread, with the flames of divine wrath flashing about it, and ready every moment to singe it, and burn it apart; and you have no interest in any Mediator, and nothing to lay hold of to save yourself, nothing to keep off the flames of wrath, nothing of your own, nothing that you ever have done, nothing that you can do, to induce God to spare you one moment more [Jonathan Edwards – Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God].

Consider that the Son of Man will send his angels, and they will separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth [Matthew 13:41–42, 49–50].

Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life [Matthew 25:41, 46].

Sinner man [unbelieving man], where would you go if you were to die this very moment?  Are you sure you would go to heaven?

I tell you, “As the world turns from day to day, as we live, we have to make decisions and when we make those decisions, things don’t always turn out the way we’d like them to or want them to no matter what we feel or what seems real, things change. We don’t have a crystal ball to look into to know what our future is going to be. Gone are the days that seem so many years away. Whatever we had, we had [Songwriters: Barry White, Michael Lovesmith].

Oh, sinner man, unbelieving man, don’t wait until it’s too late! The Time is Near! The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. Repent before it is too late and get under the umbrella of the Almighty God, NOW! For Jesus will send his angels, and they will separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth [Matthew 25:41, 46].

Remember, the Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.  Don’t delay, the Time is Near! Biblical Truth!

“It’s Gonna Rain!”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

You better get ready and bare this in mind. God showed Noah, the rainbow sign, He said it won’t be water but fire next time [2 Peter 3:6-7].

You know, way back in the Bible days, Noah told the people it’s gonna rain, but when he told them they paid him no mind and when it happen, they were left behind. Noah told the people in plenty of time, but they were to sinful, and they were to blind, and when that awful day came, they tried to pray but their prayer was too late.

I tell you, it’s gonna rain, get ready, get ready. Lord you better get ready, and bear this in mind, God showed Noah, the rainbow sign, He said it won’t be water, but fire next time.

They tell me when the water begin to pour, they knocked on the windows, they knocked on the doors. They didn’t know exactly what to do. Now I know you don’t want this to happen to you. You better get ready and bare this in mind.

Noah told people, I’m sorry my friends, God got the keys, and the same thing is gonna happen again, if something don’t happen to the hearts of man.

They tell me when the water begin to pour, they knocked on the windows, they knocked on the doors. They didn’t know what exactly to do. Now you don’t want this to happen to you. You better get ready and bare this in mind. [It’s Gonna Rain – The Sensational Night Gales].

For upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstones, and a horrible tempest. This shall be the portion of their cup says the Lord [Ezekiel 38:22; Isaiah 30:33; Isaiah 34:9 Job 18:15; Psalms 11:6].

I want you to understand, there is no partiality with God.  The future of this world is horrendous. It’s not going to be a climate disaster; it’s not going to be an environmental disaster; it’s going to be a divine judgment. The dust of death is on us, and the wrath of God hovers over us. And when this judgment breaks loose, Jeremiah says, “Alas, for that day is great. There is none like it.” [Jeremiah 30:7]. Not even the flood that destroyed the whole world in the time of Noah. This is worse than that. It is horrendous, and judgment is looming on the horizon, as evidenced by the conduct of the world.

Come near, you nations, and listen; pay attention, you peoples. Let the earth hear, and all that is in it, the world, and all that comes out of it! The Lord is angry with all nations; his wrath is on all their armies. He will totally destroy them; he will give them over to slaughter. Their slain will be thrown out, their dead bodies will stink; the mountains will be soaked with their blood. All the stars in the sky will be dissolved and the heavens rolled up like a scroll; all the starry host will fall like withered leaves from the vine, like shriveled figs from the fig tree. [Isaiah 34:1-4].

I tell you, “It’s Gonna Rain” prepare. Repent and get under the Umbrella of the Almighty God NOW! Do not delay! Do not ponder! The time is near.

I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?” [Revelation 6:12-17].

“A Future Time So Horrendous…”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

That no human lives would be spared “UNLESS” those days were shortened. [Matthew 24:22]. I ask you; Should we take God seriously? Absolutely Yes! Because God is not a man that He should lie; neither the son of man that He should repent; hath He said, and shall He not do it? Or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good? [Numbers 23:19].

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you [ Matthew 23:37-39]. Do you see all these things? I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; everyone will be thrown down [Matthew 24:1-2]. The whole earth is about to be visited with Judgment and Destruction [Isaiah 24-27; Isaiah 34]. A period marked by unparalleled suffering and distress, unlike anything seen before or after. [Matthew 24:21; Zephaniah 1:15].

The disciples were speechless. They sat for a while in silence, and then they asked Him three specific questions. When will these things take place, what will be the signs of His coming, and what will be the signs of the end of the age. [Matthew 24:3]. Jesus replied, it is not for you to know the times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority [Acts 1:7].

I tell you; there are many biblical warnings that leave us in no doubt that increasingly cataclysmic events will occur. So, watch and repent and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man [Luke 21:36].

Even Paul warned Timothy, “After I am gone, things are going to get worse before they get better. So, buckle up. Terrible times are coming. Pay attention to this. Don’t be naïve and think everything is going to be okay [Romans 1:18-32]. A future time so horrendous is on the horizon [Ezekiel 5:17]. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Repent and get under the Umbrella of the Almighty God NOW!

In the Book of Daniel, Belshazzar saw the writing on the wall. Judgment had been declared. It was too late. That night Babylon fell, and Belshazzar was slain. The Bible records his trembling, his fear, his knees smote together in terror. He found no place of repentance, he found no mercy, he found no grace.

I tell you, these are the end times, the time of great tribulation, when God will pour out his wrath and judgment on an unbelieving world. Repent and get under the Umbrella of the Almighty God NOW because once the door of opportunity closes, it will be too late.

God’s wrath and judgment is coming to this world. I have told you these things before they happen, so that when they do, you will remember that I told you about them [John 14:29; John 16:4].

Unfortunately, the people didn’t respond. They didn’t care. They continued to live their lives the way they pleased. They ignored God. God tells Ezekiel that He is about to cut off the food supply in Jerusalem and only give the people rationed water. He tells Ezekiel the people will waste away because of their sin. They were to be scattered to the wind. Nations would hate them. The wild beasts will be against them. And plagues and bloodshed were coming. Bones were going to be scattered, towns laid waste, and the high places of idolatry were going to be demolished.

Be careful that you do not refuse to listen when God speaks. Your ancestors didn’t escape when they refused to listen to God, who warned them on earth. We certainly won’t escape if we turn away from God, who warns us from heaven [Hebrews 12:25; Ezekiel 5:11].

I will choose their punishments and will bring on them what they dread. Because I called, but no one answered, I spoke, but they did not listen. And they did evil in My sight and chose that in which I did not delight” [Isaiah 66:4].

The final period of catastrophic events, climaxing in Christ’s return to earth, shows God punishing a wayward world that has refused to heed the warnings He has set.

Listen, a noise on the mountains, like that of a great multitude! An uproar among the kingdoms, like nations massing together! The Lord Almighty is mustering an army for war to destroy the whole country. Wail, for the day of the Lord is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty [Isaiah 13].

“Are You Ready for the Rapture?”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

If not, then today is the day of salvation [2 Corinthians 6:2]. Do not delay another moment. Make preparation today. Receive Christ as your Savior today. If you do not you will be left behind in the Rapture and those left behind in the Rapture will face a quickly changing world—and the change will not be for the better. For [2 Thessalonians 2:11], says that the “power of lawlessness” is currently being held in check by the Holy Spirit. But after the Rapture the Holy Spirit’s restraint will be “taken out of the way.” Don’t be left behind. Make sure you are ready for the rapture and since the rapture is for believers, it is vital that you place your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior [Acts 16:31].

Repent of your sins. Believe in Jesus, and you will not perish [John 3:16]. For today is the day of salvation. Do not delay another moment. The matter is urgent. Trust Christ now for there is no debate of whether or not a rapture will occur; the Bible is clear on that question. As to when the rapture will take place, no one knows the exact timing of the event. Jesus confirms this in Luke when He says, “You also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect” [Luke 12:40].

Now understand that the Rapture is different from Christ’s Second Coming. The Rapture sets in motion the End-Time events leading to Christ’s Second Coming. The two stages, Rapture and Return, will be separated by a seven-year Tribulation on earth. The purpose of the Rapture is to spare Christ’s own from the horrors of the Tribulation according to [Revelation 3:10].

Now there are forty-four significant Bible verses about the Rapture and the Second Coming of Christ. The Bible teaches that the next major event in God’s plan for the future is the Rapture of the church. Then the tribulation will follow. At the end of the tribulation, the Battle of Armageddon will occur and during that battle, the Second Coming of Christ will occur. After Christ victoriously defeats the armies of the world that seek to destroy Israel, Christ will establish His millennial kingdom. I ask you, “Are You Ready for The Rapture?”

There are forty-four significant Old and New Testament passages that refer to the Rapture and Second Coming. We are now waiting of the Rapture of the church from the earth to occur.

As [Revelation 22:20] says, “Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!”

“The Antichrist is Coming; Be Aware!”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

Who is the Antichrist?

The Bible is clear that one man, the Antichrist, will rise up to unite the world under ONE GOVERMENT during the Tribulation. This global dictator will pose as an angel of light, just like his father the devil, but will later act out of his true, evil nature. He will persecute, torture, and kill the people of God as he leads the armies of the world into the Battle of Armageddon. He will be the most powerful dictator the world has ever seen, making Caesar, Hitler, Mao, and Saddam seem tame by comparison. [Revelation 13:1–8] describes the Antichrist as a Beast who is against Christ.

How will you recognize him?

The Antichrist will begin inconspicuously as one of many minor political leaders, but he will gradually grasp more and more power. As Daniel says, the coming world leader will be renowned for his eloquence, which will capture the attention and administration of the world. He will be a man whose appearance was greater than his fellows. He will be strikingly attractive. He will be a clever man of great intellect. The combination of his magnetic personality, speaking ability, and extreme good looks will make him virtually irresistible to the masses [Daniel 7:7-8, 20, 25]. When he comes on the scene, people will flock to him like flies to honey, and they will do anything he asks. Step by step, the Antichrist will promote himself from a European leader to a world leader, to a tyrannical global dictator, and finally to a god. His rise to power will be inconspicuous. It will not be noticed in the beginning and will hardly raise the attention even of those who are closer to the center of action. He will rise out of the general population. A contemptible person to whom royal majesty has not been given. He shall come in without warning and obtain the kingdom by flatteries [Daniel 11:21]. Daniel describes him as somebody who understands sinister schemes for through his cunning…shall cause deceit to prosper under his rule. [Daniel 8:23,25]. According to Daniel he will come in peaceably and seize the kingdom by intrigue. [Daniel 11:21]. He will be speaking great things and blasphemies; against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those that dwell in heaven. The Antichrist will and start his own religion [Revelation 13:5-6].

During the last 3½ years of the Tribulation, the Antichrist will personify Satan himself with all power, signs, and lying wonders [2 Thessalonians 2:9-10].

Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand. It is crucial to be aware of the prophecies regarding the Antichrist and the end times for the groundwork is being laid for the Antichrist’s appearance at the present hour. Current events such as increasing divisions and conflicts between nations, tremendous social unrest, a general hostility toward the Jews and Christianity, rank moral degradation, technological advancements that have enabled widespread surveillance and control, global pandemics, and the probability of a major worldwide economic crisis, are all signs of the last days pointing to the coming of the Antichrist, who will appear as a charismatic and persuasive leader who can provide salvation and deliverance. When in reality, he is a Beast – a human monster whose power comes from the dreaded Dragon — the devil himself. Do not be deceived.

As [M.R. DeHaan] quoted; “Terrible are the days which lie ahead. The rumblings of the coming judgment can be heard in the distance. The clouds are gathering. Inventions…have made men tremble at what lies ahead. There is only one way out, and that is through him [Christ], who is the door to absolute safety. Those who receive him and enter through the door by faith are safe. They are described as those whose names ‘are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.’ Is your name written there? Are you ready for his coming? If not, will you turn to him [Christ] and be saved now?”

God offers safety and rescue for those who are His. Statement of Personal Trust in God’s Care [Psalms 46:1-3,7; Psalms 91:1-2]. Declaration of God’s Care for His People [Psalms 91:3-4; 14-16]. The Results of God’s Care [Psalms 91:5-8]. The ones who God protects [Psalms 91: 9-10]. The Means of God’s Care [Psalms 91:9-13]. Promises for the people of God – they are not universal; they are reserved for the people of God: those who have given their life to him [John 10:27-29]. This is a relationship that is made possible through repentance and trust in Jesus Christ. So, if you have not given your life to the Lord, repent and get under the Umbrella of the Almighty God NOW. For not only is the Antichrist coming, and all hell is about to break loose, but judgment will soon follow. The Time is Near!

Then I saw a beast rising up out of the sea. It had seven heads and 10 horns, with 10 crowns on its horns. And written on each head were names that blasphemed God. This Beast looked like a Leopard, but it had the feet of a Bear and the mouth of a Lion! And the dragon gave the Beast his own power and throne and great authority. I saw that one of the heads of the Beast seemed wounded beyond recovery — but the fatal wound was healed! The whole world marveled at this miracle and gave allegiance to the Beast. They worshiped the dragon for giving the Beast such power, and they also worshiped the Beast. “Who is as great as the beast?” they exclaimed. “Who is able to fight against him?” [Revelation 13; Daniel 7].

They did not listen or pay attention; instead, they followed the stubborn inclinations of their evil hearts. They went backward and not forward [Jeremiah 7:24]. God gave them over [Romans 1:24–28].

“So, Tell Me, Whatcha Gonna Do?”

By Lou K. Coleman | WSS News Contributor

Obey Me, the Lord, or cause Me to become your enemy? The Choice is Yours. Time is running out and so is My patience! [Ecclesiastes 3:1-8]. Life and Prosperity or Death and Disaster, that is the choice that I set before you today. [Deuteronomy 30:15-16]. Whatcha Gonna Do? For behold, Now is “The Acceptable Time,” behold, Now is “The Day of Salvation.” [2 Corinthians 6:1-2].

This is a call to action that echoes through the corridors of time, resonating with the same urgency and importance as it did when Joshua first uttered the words to the Israelites. Fear the Lord and serve Him in sincerity and in truth. [Joshua 24:14-18]. Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wildness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, they do always err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. So, I swore in my wrath, they shall not enter into my rest. [Hebrew 3:7-13].

There is a clear choice with eternal consequences. Make a Decision! Today! Now! Right this moment even as you are reading this message. Choose Jesus verses Choosing Hell for the Bible makes it clear: “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them” [John 3:36].

I tell you; the eternal consequences of this decision cannot be overstated. Choosing Jesus opens the door to an eternity in Heaven, in the presence of God, where joy, peace, and love abound. Ignoring or rejecting this choice leaves one on the path to Hell, a place of eternal separation from God’s love and mercy. The Record Of Choice: It has always been life or death, blessings or cursing.

You know, a few years back, George Jones the country singer came out with a song that reflected on his life. The title of the song was [Living and Dying With the Choices that I’ve Made]. I’ve had choices since the day that I was born. There were voices that told me right from wrong. If I had listened, No, I wouldn’t be here today. Living and dying with the choices I’ve made. I guess I’m paying’, for the things that I have done. If I could go back Oh, Lord knows I’d run. But I’m still losing’ this game of life I play. Living and dying with the choices I’ve made.

Adam and Eve Chose Death, [Genesis 3]. Annanias and Saphirra Chose Death. [Acts 5]. The Rich Man Chose Death, [Luke 16]. BUT Lazarus Chose Life. Abraham Chose Life. Paul Chose Life, Peter Chose Life, Nathaniel Chose Life! Whatcha Gonna Do? Life Or Death-It’s Your Choice.

But I admonish you to choose consciously, intentionally and wisely because Life is Short. Death is Certain. Eternity is Forever. [I Peter 1:17-2]. Understanding the realities of this truism is the key to understanding the purpose of your life. Our life on earth is ended by physical Death, and Death is followed by Judgment, and Judgment by Eternal Life.

This is not a decision to be made lightly. It’s not a decision to be made once and then forgotten. It’s a decision that needs to be made daily, hourly, even moment by moment. It’s a decision that will shape your life, your relationships, your future. It’s a decision that will determine your eternal destiny. Whatcha Gonna Do?

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decisions. [Joel 3:14].

Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. [Deuteronomy 30:19].

“God Grieves!”

Every one of you follows your stubborn, evil will, refusing to listen to Me. [Jeremiah 16:12]. You have turned to Me your back and not your face. And though I have taught you persistently, you have not listened to receive instruction [Jeremiah 32:33]. My Word is an object of scorn to you, which you take no pleasure in it. [Jeremiah 6:10]. You have stiffened your neck that you might not hear and receive instructions. [Jeremiah 17:23]. This has been your way from your youth, that you have not obeyed My voice. [Jeremiah 22:21]. Although I persistently sent to you all My servants the prophets. [Jeremiah 25:4]. For years My Word has come to you, but you have not listened. [Jeremiah 25:37]. Circumcise yourselves to Me, remove the foreskin of your hearts. [Jeremiah 4:4; Jeremiah 9:25-26] If you do not, I am going to bring disaster upon you that you cannot escape. For you have provoked me to anger with the work of your hands to your own harm because you have not listened. [Jeremiah 25:7].

Though they will cry to Me in their troubles, I will not listen to them. [Jeremiah 11:11] So do not pray for them or lift up a cry on their behalf. [Jeremiah 11:14]. I have spoken to them persistently, but they have not listened. [Jeremiah 35:14].

I want you to understand, there comes a day when God’s patience runs out, and when it does, the results are disastrous. [Jeremiah 35:17]. God has good plans for us, but if we refuse to listen, He will not reward our disobedience. What is true for the nations is true for us: “If at any time God declares concerning a nation or a kingdom that He will build and plant it, and if it does evil in His sight, not listening to His voice, He will relent of the good that He had intended to do to it” [Jeremiah 18:9-10].

I tell you, refusing to listen to God is the Ultimate Foolishness! If we hear God’s Word, but only obediently listen when it is convenient, we will be undone. This is a key in [Jeremiah Chapter 42] which tells the story of Johanan and the remnant of Judah after most were taken away in the Babylonian captivity. Jeremiah was asked to pray to God on behalf of the people and pledges, [Jeremiah 42:6]. But when Jeremiah prays, God tells him the opposite of what Johanan was hoping to hear. God said, “Don’t go to Egypt; don’t be afraid of the Babylonians; I’ll protect you. But since God’s word was not what Johanan wanted to hear, he insisted, “You are telling a lie. The Lord our God did not send you to say, ‘Do not go to Egypt to live there” [Jeremiah 43:2]. God’s word could not have been clearer. But Johanan refused to listen. God destroyed him and his insolent companions.

This is how many people “listen” to God’s word. They are willing to hear, but they are not willing to obey when it is inconvenient. Instead, they look for every possible excuse to obscure and dilute the plain voice of God in Scripture. I tell you, Samuel’s response should be ours: “Speak, for you servant hears.” [1 Samuel 3:9-10] because refusing to listen to God is the worst kind of stubbornness and the ultimate foolishness, since it ends in our own harm: certain judgment by the hand of the Almighty.

How often they rebelled against Him in the wilderness and grieved Him in the desert! [Psalm 78:40]. Therefore, He turned Himself to become their enemy, He fought against them. [Isaiah 63:10].

I tell you; Refusing to obey the Lord is the Ultimate Foolishness!

Repent!
