Erickson-Hall Construction Completed Eight-Week Summer Sprint Across Multiple School Districts

Erickson-Hall Construction Co. has successfully completed its eight-week Summer Sprint. This annual tradition utilizes the quiet summer months to deliver school infrastructure improvements across multiple districts while minimizing disruptions to students, recognizing that uninterrupted education is crucial for student success. This intensive construction period requires meticulous planning and effective teamwork to execute numerous projects simultaneously within a short timeframe.

“We are proud to carry on the Summer Sprint tradition each year, demonstrating Erickson-Hall’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional construction services that expand students’ educational opportunities and encourage lasting community engagement,” said Mat Gates, President of Erickson-Hall. “Summer Sprint is more than just a handful of summer projects. It embodies the cohesive teamwork, strategic adaptability and unwavering commitment that defines Erickson-Hall.”

2025 Summer Sprint Project Highlights

In order to successfully complete these extensive projects on a tight schedule, Erickson-Hall prepares well in advance. The team conducts investigative demonstrations to understand building layouts before construction begins and implements quality control schedules to prevent rework. With these tight timelines, there is little room for error or unforeseen challenges, requiring Erickson-Hall to identify all potential risks and develop comprehensive contingency plans.

Client collaboration remains central to project success. “Del Mar Union School District is thrilled to unveil our newly renovated Del Mar Hills Academy campus. These vital facility upgrades demonstrate our commitment to providing a space that’s modern, innovative and supportive of academic growth,” said Chris Delehanty, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. “Thank you to Erickson-Hall for their leadership and collaboration on this project. Their dedication and expertise have helped transform our campus to not only benefit our students and faculty, but strengthen our entire community.”

Summer Sprint reflects Erickson-Hall’s unwavering commitment to improving educational infrastructure while serving as dedicated partners to the communities they work in. Through rigorous planning, experienced execution and adherence to construction standards, Erickson-Hall continues to meet these educational infrastructure milestones year after year.
