- Members of the African Descent Ministry, St Anthony Parish Auxiliary were among a number of community service organizations & vendors serving the public.
- The Beautillion Scholarship Program.
- Mother, Antoinette, & daughter, Kambrya Baily presented their objects of art.
- Edwin Johnson, (m/c), Councilmember, Bessine Richards, School Board member, Gwen Rodgers and Pastor, Dr. Reginald Woods opened the San Bernardino 4th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival.

- The Makeda Kumasi Drum & Dance Troup performed a program of historically based Juneteenth freedom-day celebration scenarios.
