SAN BERNARDINO, CA — The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) will host a special retirement celebration honoring District Police Chief Joseph Paulino for his distinguished service and unwavering dedication to the safety and well-being of students, staff, and the broader community.
The event will take place on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Dr. Margaret Hill Community Room, located within the Board of Education building at 777 North F Street, San Bernardino. Guests, colleagues, and community partners are invited to join in recognizing Chief Paulino’s long-standing commitment, leadership, and impact throughout the district.
Chief Paulino has been a steadfast presence within SBCUSD, known for his professionalism, compassion, and strategic vision in enhancing school safety. Under his leadership, the District Police Department has strengthened its partnerships with students, families, staff, and law enforcement agencies across the region, contributing to a safer and more supportive educational environment.
The celebration aims to honor not only Chief Paulino’s career achievements but also the legacy he leaves behind—a legacy built on service, integrity, and a genuine dedication to the community he has served.
