YUCCA VALLEY, CA–Movie magic takes over San Bernardino County’s Third District this November as two film festivals roll out the red carpet to celebrate art, culture, and community.
The 7th Annual Yucca Valley Film Festival runs November 7, 8, and 9 at the Yucca Valley Community Center. The festival features screenings, filmmaker Q&As, meet-and-greets, and a masterclass with acclaimed actor and director James Morrison.
Meanwhile, the Mentone International Film Festival takes place November 8 and 9, at the Portuguese American Club, 1133 Crafton Avenue. Recognized by the County as a tourism event, Mentone’s festival will showcase independent films from around the globe, including documentaries, animation, comedies, and horror. Actress Cody Renee Cameron (Sons of Anarchy) returns to lead the Red-Carpet Gala.
